Established in 1989, St. HOPE is a family of nonprofits committed to revitalizing Oak Park through high quality public education and economic development. 

St. HOPE also owns and operates The Guild Theater, and Underground Books, one of very few African-American owned bookstores left in the nation. St. HOPE is committed to bringing in profitable organizations who have a natural fit with the community and is proud to have tenants such as The Sacramento Urban League, College Track, SETA Head Start, and Valley Vision.

Additional investments and partnerships include Old Soul Co., Fixins Soul Kitchen, Oak Park Brewing Co, and World Class Faders Barbers.
